Equipment List
Received Towerworks’ estimate to replace our 2M antenna. Several open questions required further clarification:
· Estimate received but need itemized parts/labor
· Insurance coverage requirements
· Prevailing wage compliance
· Permit for Public Works site access (reason to understand prevailing wage question)
· Requesting clarification: StationMaster exact replacement
· Delivery
· Cash deposit, final payment requirements
Rob will contact Towerworks to clarify their proposal and report to Board. We wish to accomplish the project before inclement weather sets-in for the season.

Social
Once again it is time to mark your calendar for the SARC Holiday Party which will take place on Saturday
January 18th, 2025. This year the party will take place at a location in Roselle on Friday Night from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Pollyanna Brewing and Distilling
245 E. Main Street
Roselle, IL 60172
847-285-1909
The location has provided us with a free room which is located outside but is heated and enclosed so no worries about the weather. The SARC BOD has agreed to supply us with great pizza for dinner and you will
be responsible for purchasing your own drinks. Pollyanna serves beer, wine, various cocktails and soft drinks. I will post the drink menu prior to the party as Pollyanna changes the offerings as new items become available. If you do not like Pizza, feel free to bring your own food at your expense.
Best regards for the coming Holidays

NOTE: The party was originally scheduled for Friday night but I was able to change the date to Saturday because some of our members stated it was hard to be available on Friday due to their work schedule.
John Douglas KD9KSH (not present) is temporarily continuing his leadership role and has reserved Pollyanna facility in Roselle for our Holiday Party:
